SURFING IS A DANGEROUS SPORT, AND SUCH HAZARDS AS HIDDEN ROCKS, RIP TIDES, BOARD CONTACT AND OTHER DANGERS THAT COME WITH THE SPORT OF SURFING DO EXIST. I/WE FULLY RECOGNIZE AND UNDERSTAND THE NATURE AND EXISTANCE OF THESE INHERENT RISKS. IN THE EVENT OF ANY INJURY TO MY CHILD/DEPENDENT/MYSELF, (INCLUDING MY HEIRS AND ASSIGNS), I HEREBY WAIVE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE FROM ANY LIABILITY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING ACCIDENTAL DEATH, AS WELL AS FOR CLAIMSOF PROPERTY DAMAGE AGAINST INSTRUCTIONAL SURF ADVENTURES, MEXICO, ITS OWNER/DIRECTOR AND ANY OFFICIALS, EMPLOYEES, OR SPONSORS CONNECTED WITH THIS CAMP, AND THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT, THE STATE OF GUERRERO, AND THEIR MEMBERS OR AGENTS. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT ANY DISRUPTIVE OR DAMAGING BEHAVIOR ON MY PART OR ON THE PART OF MY CHILD WILL BE DUE CAUSE FOR DISMISSAL FROM THIS CAMP, WITH NO REFUND.

Reservation Policy
Reserve your spot early, our camps fill quickly. Your space is reserved once the registration form is received with a $500 USD deposit or full payment for the camp. Please be sure to specify the exact camp date, and type it on the application.

Upon receiving your registration form and deposit ISA Mexico will e-mail a complete information packet including camp details and equipment list.

Refund Policy
Cancellations may be made by phone but MUST be confirmed in writing. If you must cancel for ANY REASON, a refund is available based on the following schedule:

60 days or more prior to start date........................Full refund, less 6% camp rate
30-60 days prior to camp start date......................50% refund, less 6% service fee
Less Than days 30 prior to tour start date..........NO REFUND GIVEN

NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CAMP START DATE

Changing Tour Dates
You may change tour dates, based on space availability, with no charge if dates are changed 30 days prior to camp start date. If the date is changed within the 15-30 days, there will be a $75 charge for each person involved in the schedule change. If the dates are change within 8-14 days of departure 25% of the trip cost will be added to your trip cost per person. Less than 7 days a 50% addition will be made to trip cost per person.

ISA Mexico reserves the right to cancel a camp at any time and for any reason. A full refund will be returned to the registered clients. ISA Mexico is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, or hotel reservations before the camp date, etc. We recommend you acquire trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself. ISA Mexico is not responsible for the paying client missing a camp for any reason. Failure to show up for a camp is considered a cancellation and no refund or date changes are available.
