Payment Information
Your reservation is confirmed upon the receipt of both your deposit and completed registration form. You can pay either by mailing a personal check or by using a major credit card with Pay Pal's on-line payment system. Once in Mexico, only US dollars, Mexican pesos, and traveller's checks are accepted by ISA, Mexico.

Personal Check Option
Please make checks payable to Michael Linn. A minimum deposit of $500 Usd per participant is required to reserve unless otherwise specified. Send a completed copy of your registration form (one for each participant) with your check.

Reservation Policy
Reserve your spot early, our camps fill quickly. Your space is reserved once the registration form is received with a $500 Usd deposit or full payment for the camp. Please be sure to specify the exact camp date, and type it on the application.

Upon receiving your registration form and deposit ISA Mexico will e-mail a complete information packet including camp details and equipment list.

Refund Policy
Cancellations may be made by phone but MUST be confirmed in writing. If you must cancel for ANY REASON, a refund is available based on the following schedule:

60 days or more prior to start date........................Full refund, less 6% camp rate
30-60 days prior to camp start date......................50% refund, less 6% service fee
Less Than days 30 prior to tour start date..........NO REFUND GIVEN

NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CAMP START DATE

Changing Camp Dates
You may change camp dates, based on space availability, with no charge if dates are changed 30 days prior to camp start date. If the date is changed within the 15-30 days, there will be a $75 charge for each person involved in the schedule change. If the dates are change within 8-14 days of departure 25% of the trip cost will be added to your trip cost per person. Less than 7 days a 50% addition will be made to trip cost per person.

ISA Mexico reserves the right to cancel a camp at any time and for any reason. A full refund will be returned to the registered clients. ISA Mexico is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, or hotel reservations before the camp date, etc. We recommend you acquire trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself. ISA Mexico is not responsible for the paying client missing a camp for any reason. Failure to show up for a camp is considered a cancellation and no refund or date changes are available.
